The Stark fabric representative came to pay a visit today in my humble little home office.  Manufacturers representatives for lines designers use are usually worth their weight in gold.   They always bring little goodies – today were mints in the cutest little paint can – and lots of beautiful things to behold.   I would upholster walls in every room just so I could cover and recover them with all of the textiles coming across my desk as of late.   That’s not a very green or environmentally friendly thought but very tempting nonetheless.    She also left me a new paint palette that is georgous, by David Oliver.  It’s soft, subtle and a fantastic background for the interior designer neutrals / monochromatic schemes coming out these days.   The paint is totally VOC free as it should be and the price is reasonable too.   My daughter has been begging to get her room repainted and I think I’ll give this new paint line a try on my own and see how it goes on.   Now, which color…
